Alicia Dudek is the founder of Systems Flow Co.—a systems thinker, facilitator, design ethnographer and innovation leader who helps organisations understand complexity and create meaningful, lasting change.
For more than 15 years, she has worked at the intersection of systems thinking, strategy, design, customer experience, innovation and leadership, helping organisations move from rigid ways of working towards more adaptive, future-ready systems.
Her career has spanned Deloitte, KPMG, UNSW, Data Cruiser and a range of ventures and cross-sector initiatives, giving her experience across complex environments where change isn't straightforward.
Alicia brings a rare combination of deep listening, strategic thinking, pattern recognition and practical action to every engagement.
She doesn't arrive with a one-size-fits-all answer.
She listens, sees what others may have missed, and works alongside people to figure out what needs to change—and how to make that change stick.
